7th Grade

This week we will; understand the concept of a ratio, state the relationship between a ratio and a fraction, solve problems involving ratios, understand the concepts of rate and average rate, solve problems involving rate, understand the concepts of uniform speed and average speed, and solve problem involving speed.

8th Grade

This week we will be able to; understand the idea of congruence, draw the image of a plane figure in the x-y plane under reflection, translation, or rotation, draw an image of a congruent figure involving reflection, translation, and rotation, understand the idea of similarity, draw figures under dilation, and draw the image of a figure involving all transformation.
